Overthinking is simply the act of thinking about something for too much or for too long. Making extra judgements about a specific thing. This is an issue mostly common in women nowadays.
Research has shown that overthinking elevates the stress level and reduces the positivity and creativity in you.
How to Control it?
- Always focus on the positive side of life, there can be difficulties and unlikely events but at the same time something great is going to be there or going on side by side in life.
- Let go the mistakes and unlikely events happened in the past. Try to start a new beginning and do not blame yourselves for the things that you cant control.
- Be creative. Don't waste time in thinking too much. Be a doer. Indulge your selves in creative activities.
- Self talk is the best way to get rid of extra overthinking. Just talk to yourselves about your life. You will find answers of your questions within yourselves.
